Dehydrating For The First Time

Today I am trying my hand at dehydrating. I have a dehydrator that was given to me years ago but I never have used it. It is at least 15 years old but I am going to give it a go. Hopefully it will do a good job. It would be nice to save some of our extra food instead of feeding it to the pig.
